We will gladly accept any regular priced item that is unused & unopened. Item must be in the same condition that you received it.

- We must be informed of any returns via email within 1 week of receiving your item delivered to your doorstep before shipping your item back so we can create an RA # in our system
- In order to qualify for a refund, merchandise MUST be returned back to us within 7 days after initial contact in unopened, original packaging & resellable condition.
- If customer returns an item that has been opened, item will be refused
- If item gets sent back after the return window, we have the right to refund only 50% back.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item received is incorrect or damaged of course
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the item qualifies for free shipping. Orders within USA will be refunded - $4.50 for shipping fees when returning an item.
- For your protection, returns should be shipped with tracking information.
- Any merchandise that is on sale for 50% off or is on sale for $10 cannot be returned
- iPhone 5/5S/SE and Galaxy S5, S6, S6 Edge, S7, & S7 Edge models are final sale
- Clear Phone Cases are final sale, unless unopened.
- Jewelry cannot be returned
- Please note, if a package returns to us because custom/import fees were not paid, customer will be refunded item cost only.
All items are inspected and tested before shipping out. However, items can incur damage during transit. If you should receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item (according to the tracking number) along with a clear picture of the faulty item and your order number.
If the package returns to us due to an invalid address (Ex. customers mistypes address on order) the customer will be notified immediately to arrange for re-shipment at your expense. The postal company does not reimburse us when a package is returned, therefore we will not be re-sending any packages free of charge. If we do not hear back from you, we will refund your order MINUS INITIAL SHIPPING FEES.
We will only ship to the address that is provided on the order form. If a mistake/typo was made that is not a problem at all, but our items ship from a different location. Therefore the address on the order is where we will ship to. If you need your item shipped to a different address on the order form, we will cancel your order and refund you so you can re-order and provide the correct information/destination.
Once the address is verified and payment for postage is pain in full - we will re-ship your package immediately. If the mistake was on our part, we take full responsibility and will resend your package out with the correct information.
We are not responsible for any packages delayed in transit or held up in customs.
When choosing expedited shipping option, please understand on the weekend it will take an extra day. It is still faster than standard shipping but if your order is placed right before the weekend, you must add an extra expected day of delivery because on Sunday there is no delivery.
